These Terms & Services govern your use of the ToyHunt Resin website, social media platforms, and related services. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Conditions

• ToyHunt Resin reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or have permission from a legal guardian.
• You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product Authenticity

• All products sold by ToyHunt Resin are 100% authentic and original from official studios and suppliers.
• We do not sell recasts or bootlegs.
• Resin figures are handmade collectibles; minor imperfections (tiny bubbles, paint variance, seam lines) are considered normal and acceptable.

3. Pre-Order Policy

• Most items sold are PRE-ORDER unless clearly marked as IN-STOCK.
• Pre-order items are produced by the studio after the order window closes.
• Estimated release dates are studio-provided estimates and may change due to production delays, material shortages, quality control issues, or logistics.
• Delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

4. Product Information & Availability

• All product details, images, specifications, prices, and release dates are provided by studios or suppliers.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only; final products may vary slightly.
• Limited edition and pre-order items are subject to studio allocation and availability.
• ToyHunt Resin is not responsible for changes made by the studio after an order is placed.

5. Pricing & Currency

• Prices may change without prior notice due to studio price adjustments, currency exchange fluctuations, or logistics costs.
• Orders already confirmed and paid will not be affected by future price changes.

6. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
• An order is considered accepted only after payment is successfully received and order confirmation is issued.
• ToyHunt Resin reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities per order.

7. Payments

• Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
• Any additional transaction, conversion, or service fees imposed by payment providers are the customer's responsibility.

8. Quality Disclaimer

• Resin figures are handcrafted, not mass-produced.
• Minor issues such as slight paint differences, small gaps or alignment issues, and natural resin texture are not considered defects.

9. Shipping, Risk & Ownership

• Ownership of products transfers to the customer once the item is handed over to the courier.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ToyHunt Resin website and social media, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of ToyHunt Resin and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

• ToyHunt Resin shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or delays caused by studios, couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

12. Force Majeure

ToyHunt Resin is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war or government actions, and logistics disruptions.

13. Policy Updates

ToyHunt Resin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Services at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
