ToyHunt Resin refund and returns policy - cancellations, downpayment, damage claims, and replacement parts.
Refund Policy
- All sales are FINAL.
- Refunds are only issued if:
- The item is unavailable and cannot be sourced
- The order was oversold and cannot be fulfilled
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations are allowed for:
- Pre-orders
- Down payment orders
- Special or limited-edition items
- Cancellations are only possible if ToyHunt Resin is unable to fulfill the order.
Down Payment (DP) Policy
- Some products require a Down Payment (DP) to secure your order.
- DP amounts are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
- The remaining balance must be paid once the item is ready for shipment.
- Failure to complete the remaining balance within the given time frame may result in order cancellation with DP forfeited.
Damage & Replacement Policy
- Resin statues are fragile items. Despite secure packaging, damages may occur during transit.
- Unboxing video is MANDATORY for any damage claim.
- Video must be continuous, uncut, and clearly show:
- Shipping box
- Inner packaging
- Damaged item
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
- Replacement parts (if approved) depend on studio availability.
- Shipping Fees for replacement parts may be charged to the customer.
After-Sales & Damage Resolution (International Orders)
- Minor Damage (small broken parts, glue-fixable pieces): Partial refund will be issued based on damage assessment.
- Major Damage (large broken parts or missing components): ToyHunt Resin will contact the studio for replacement parts.
- Replacement parts available: Provided free of charge (Shipping Fees not included)
- Replacement parts unavailable: Compensation will be negotiated fairly
- Lost Items: A 100% refund will be issued once confirmed.
